Self pickup/drop off hours are from 8am-8pm every day. You may pick up or drop off your rental anytime between these hours. All rental prices you see on the website are for up to a 36 hour rental duration. After 36 hours, you will be charged a 20% late fee.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, we do have inflatables designed for use with water. They will be marked as waterslide, or WET combo. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do NOT provide water hoses with any rentals, this must be supplied by the customer.

Yes, when outdoors, the inflatables must be set up on grass in order to be properly staked into the ground for safety. This is to prevent any hazardous situations. Concrete/asphalt are not ideal and can tear up the material on the bottom of the inflatable. Dirt/mud is not ideal, grass is always best. Inflatables set up indoors do not need to be staked down, sandbags will be used.

At this time, we do not offer delivery. We do offer free customer self pickup 7 days a week. Pickup/drop off is in Mahomet, specific address will be given after deposit is paid. We encourage a large vehicle for pickup. We also provide step-by-step written set up/take down instructions with your pickup.

We are located in Mahomet, Illinois. Full pickup address will be sent after booking. We are a completely family run small business, so supporting us means supporting local. We are also fully licensed and insured in the state of Illinois.

Yes, we require a 20% deposit in order to reserve your booking. The rest of the order needs to be paid in full the week of the event.

Absolutely. We believe in our business and transparency, so our contract is posted here for you to view. You will receive a copy to sign during the booking process.
